FDA designed this eight-unit apartment building with two duplex units at the lower floors, and six simplex units at the second, third and fourth floors. The curved facade of the top floor defines a private roof deck for each of the two units at the top floor. Exterior masonry walls are finished with a mix of alternating stucco and brick, which visually brings the building into scale with the surrounding neighborhood.
