This proposed development occupies a corner lot, allowing for two retail or office tenants at the first floor. There are five residential apartments total - two apartments at the second and third floors, with the fourth floor consisting of a penthouse unit (with private roof decks) and a tenant-shared roof deck. The building also provides opportunities for a vegetated (green) roof and a solar-photovoltaic system.
