PROPOSED MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT 1, CHICAGO, IL

This new building on Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago is a mixed-use project that includes retail (potentially a restaurant) on the first floor and six two-bedroom apartments above. The brick building is sited next to a vacated street that is to be turned into a neighborhood park and sculpture garden that each occupant of the building will be able to enjoy.
